we had a lovely stay at the gales, the cottage was super comfy and spacious, liked the character of the place. the staff was really friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. breakfast options were nice too, and the location is spot on for exploring the town! such a cozy atmosphere with a great wine bar.

a bit tricky with the parking arrangements, we had to carry our luggage up steep stairs which was not fun. also, the room could have been cooler, it got pretty warm at night.

The shareable appetizers were to die for, and the evening meal was a total delight! Plus, we stumbled upon a fab open mic night that showcased some amazing local talent. A bedside breakfast was beautiful and added to our cozy stay.

The coffee here was a bit average, but that’s a common vibe in Llangollen, innit? Otherwise, all was peachy!

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and helpful staff. I still remember how they assisted me with printing tickets during my first stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday!

the gales offers a beautiful stay with friendly and helpful staff. the suite was spacious, clean, and comfy. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the center. the highlight for us was the lovely evening meal and breakfast, along with the £6 voucher! we also enjoyed the nearby steam railway.

Just a suitable option for a two-day stay in Llangollen with outstanding value. The continental breakfast was surprisingly nice with great cold yogurts. Make sure to ask about the Wi-Fi password before checking in.
